A tasting journey dedicated to amari and vermouth, crafted with artisanal wines and officinal herbs harvested across different regions of Italy.
During the experience, we will taste a selection of amari and vermouth while exploring their botanical origins, their connection to the landscape, and the production process—through macerations, infusions, and carefully chosen wine bases.
An experience designed for those approaching the world of amari with curiosity and awareness, as well as for those already familiar with them and eager to explore them through a territorial and cultural lens.

Cancellation Policy
Your reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before your booking time without incurring any penalty by clicking on the “Cancel” link in this email or emailing us (we cannot answer the phone during the service).
In case of any pre-paid experiences, this is only refundable 24 hours in advance, otherwise it must be considered NON refundable.
If the booking is made the same day of your visit, automatically the conditions above will be applied. Everyone can be late, but if this is your case, please call us. Your reservation will be canceled without notice for delays of more than 20 minutes.
