You can expect this tour to be ‘hands on’ where you’ll learn the secrets behind our success through intimate experiences at our venues.

The tour will finish at 13:00pm – at the end you’ll have the opportunity to purchase many of the artisan ingredients and products sampled throughout the tour, so you can continue your Roscioli experience at home!

This tour is available only English currently. A minimum of four guests are required for a tour to take place. In the event less than four people are booked for your chosen date, we will notify you 48 hours before prior and offer a refund or alternative date.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before your booking time without incurring any penalty by clicking on the “Cancel” link in this email or emailing us (we cannot answer the phone during the service).

In case of any pre-paid experiences, this is only refundable 24 hours in advance, otherwise it must be considered NON refundable.

If the booking is made the same day of your visit, automatically the conditions above will be applied. Everyone can be late, but if this is your case, please call us. Your reservation will be canceled without notice for delays of more than 20 minutes.
