An intimate, front-row experience led by our executive chef Tommaso Fratini, where the kitchen is open, the dialogue is real, and the flavors unfold like a story.
Here, you’ll enjoy an 8-course tasting menu, rooted in seasonality, precision, and emotion.
Further into the room, a handful of tables await.
These are guided by one of our sommeliers, and designed for those who want to dive deeper into the world of wine.
The menu is more essential, the rhythm more fluid — the focus is on the pairing, the stories behind each label, the atmosphere in the glass.

For groups of more than 8 persons, or to add children or non-drinkers, or if you have a voucher/gift card, please send us an e-mail.
Additionally, if you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance.
💡 How the reservation works:

Chef table: Reservations for a maximum of 12 seats, at a fixed time (20:30). Seats are limited. The experience includes 8 courses with wine pairings, guided by our Executive Chef – €90 per person.
Special opening price – don’t miss out.

Tasting Room: Reservations for a maximum of 16 people, with fixed time (19:30). The menu includes 4 courses with wine pairings, curated by our sommeliers – €55 per person. Seating is limited. **Only 5 tables available!
When booking, you can specify your preference for the time and the experience (chef table or table) .

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking time.

For pre-paid experiences, a refund is only available 24 hours before the appointment. After this period, the booking is non-refundable.

If the booking is made on the same day of your visit, the above conditions will automatically apply.

If you are late, please call us. After 20 minutes, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
