Lo scorso anno ha aperto I Cavallini\, progetto nato dalla sua passione per la cultura italiana: un locale unico\, e senza dubbio il nostro indirizzo preferito per la cucina italiana a Brooklyn. \nAlla base di questa collaborazione c’è il desiderio di condividere con il nostro pubblico la visione di chef Nick: uno sguardo originale e contemporaneo\, distante da quello a cui siamo abituati. Last year he opened I Cavallini\, a project born from his deep love for Italian food culture: a one-of-a-kind spot\, and hands down our favourite address for Italian cuisine in Brooklyn. \nAt the heart of this collaboration is a shared desire to bring our guests into chef Nick’s world — a fresh\, original\, and contemporary perspective that feels unlike anything we’re used to here.
